Downloading and Installing the Software

Follow the steps below to download and install the Absolute Home & Office software. These instructions are also included in your order confirmation email from Lenovo:

1. Create your account by visiting https://app.absolute.com/.
2. Enter your email address.
3. When prompted, log in using your Lenovo ID and password.
4. Upon sign-in, first time users must read and accept the End User License Agreement.
5. On the Device page you should see your subscription automatically added to your account.
6. Click Add Device to start your download.
7. Download and unzip the software installer on your device.
8. Run the MSI file to install and protect your device. 

It can take up to 20 minutes for your installed device to appear in your account.
