Secure Endpoint Console Quick Start Guide

The Secure Endpoint Console provides centralized visibility and management for your device fleet through a web-based interface. This guide introduces the main areas of the console and helps you get started with daily navigation and device management tasks.

Accessing the Console

Sign in to the Secure Endpoint Console using the URL provided for your environment:
  1. https://cc.absolute.com 
  2. https://cc.us.absolute.com 
After signing in, the Dashboard is displayed by default.

Understanding the Console Layout

The console is organized into key navigation areas designed to help you quickly access devices, reports, policies, and settings.
Use the left navigation panel to access the main console sections, including:
  1. Dashboard – View high-level summaries and widgets 
  2. Device Management – Manage and review devices 
  3. Reports – Access operational and security reports 
  4. Policies – Configure and manage policies 
  5. Applications – Review installed applications 
  6. Configurations & Settings – Manage account and environment settings 

Quick Access Toolbar

The top toolbar provides access to commonly used actions and resources, including:
  1. Notifications 
  2. Search 
  3. Help and Support 
  4. User profile settings 

Using the Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a centralized overview of your environment using widgets and summary panels.
Depending on your licenses and permissions, the Dashboard may display:
  1. Device inventory summaries 
  2. Operating system distribution 
  3. Encryption status 
  4. Anti-malware status 
  5. Device usage information 
  6. Application resilience data

Managing Devices

To view managed devices:
  1. Go to Device Management. 
  2. Select Devices. 
The Devices page displays key information such as:

  5. Security status 
  6. Location details 
Select a device to open the Device Details page, where you can review:
  1. Hardware information 
  2. Installed applications 
  3. Usage activity 
  4. Location history

Viewing Reports

The Reports area allows you to analyze device and security information across your environment.
Common reports include:
  1. Device Usage
